collect a print edition from emerging artists Leah Guadagnoli and Maria Liebana (member) while you still can
Incorporating elements of sculpture, painting, graphic design, and architecture, Leah Guadagnoli’s whimsical, idiosyncratic works defy easy classification. The artist’s work expands on the Pop tradition by making use of readymade imagery and quotidian materials. Often drawing on the aesthetics of her Midwestern upbringing, the artist appropriates designs and patterns from the 80s’ and 90s’ -- often considered kitschy -- presenting them in fresh and dynamic ways.

Maria Yolanda Liebana is an interdisciplinary artist based in Queens NY, and has been a PARADICE PALASE member since 2018.
Her work is fueled by an obsession with celebrity, pop motifs, media in all formats, aesthetics, and excessive consumption, as well as the seductive promises that these symbols offer. Liebana confronts wealth inequality, racial and gender stereotyping, and her own disillusionment with the American dream as a first-generation Latinx artist.
Liebana has been a PARADICE PALASE member since 2018.
